RETURNS: Authorization is required for all returns. Freight on all returned goods is paid by the purchaser. Regularly stocked items are returnable in original, unopened cartons within 30 days of shipping date. Contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 453-0385 to receive a RMA number. The RMA number must be noted on the returned goods. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. DISCREPANCIES: Shipping discrepancies must be noted on the carrier bill of lading and signed by the carrier’s driver. All other discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
WARRANTY & SERVICE: All equipment is covered by a 12 month service warranty within the Continental United States. Other equipment requiring service during the normal 12 months warranty period, will be repaired or replaced at our option. Return of such equipment must be authorized prior to shipment.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Damaged goods shipped by UPS & FedEx should be refused at the time of delivery. Damaged goods shipped by truck should be noted on the bill of lading and signed by the carrier’s driver. Please notify our Customer Service Department immediately at: (800) 453-0385. Denville Scientific will not be responsible for any damaged packages that were not refused or noted on the bill of lading.
